Products eligible for return must remain unused, unwashed, and preserved in their original packaging. All components, including tags, labels, and packaging, must be intact and returned in their original condition.  Items showing any evidence of use, washing, or modifications will not qualify for returns.    
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please contact our support team within this timeframe to initiate your return. Requests failing to meet these conditions may be denied at our discretion.  

Steps to Initiate a Return    
Step 1: Submit a Return Request    
Send an email including your Order ID along with a concise reason for the return to cavistonprivatelimited@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Image Evidence    
For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, attach clear photographs demonstrating the issue to expedite verification.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions    
After approval, you will receive detailed guidance on how to send the item back.

Refund Procedure and Timeline
